Beware of Private Wealth Management LLP, warns IOMFSA

The website purports to represent Private Wealth Management LLP and claims to operate from St Mary’s Court, 20 Hill Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1EU. The IOMFSA has failed to establish any association between the company and any genuine Isle of Man companies or businesses. The businesses that occupy offices at St Mary’s Court have no knowledge of, nor any connection with, any entity called Private Wealth Management, according to the regulator. There is no company incorporated in the Isle of Man under that name, nor is it registered in the Isle of Man as a company incorporated elsewhere that has established a place of business on the Isle of Man.
